AA Surplus Sales, which specializes in sales of military surplus clothing and equipment, purchased a 10,000-square-foot industrial building on .78 acres at 2153 Pond Road in Ronkonkoma for $1.275 million. The company is relocating from Los Angeles. Thomas Murphy of Realty Connect USA represented the buyer, while Niko Khetaguri and Alberto Fiorini of Alliance Real Estate represented seller Tigger LLC in the sales transaction.
