Alberto Fiorini

Managing Principal

EDUCATION: An alumnus of Long Island University CW Post Campus with a Bachelor of Science degree and an International Marketing minor.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: A founding partner of Alliance Real Estate Corp. (“Alliance”) established in 2009, Alberto has been involved in the industrial commercial real estate field for the past 20 years. As a partner he specializes in tenant and owner representation and has participated in sale and lease transactions totaling over 6 million square feet.

Prior to the formation of Alliance, Alberto worked for AIRECO Real Estate—a Long Island commercial brokerage firm—where he started as an associate in February of 2000. Alberto became a senior real estate consultant after his astounding successes placed him among the top three producers in the firm. His day-to-day activities included mentoring junior associates in the aspects of real estate negotiations and the basics of the commercial real estate business, which he continues to do at Alliance today.

Alberto is on the Board of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), and currently serves as the organization’s Co-Chairman for the Activities and Events Committee, the Arbitration / By-Laws / Ethics Committee and Charitable Donations Committee. He was a former honorary Board member for the Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence (SCCADV). He is a member of the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG), a committee event member for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and most recently appointed as a member to the NYS Greivance Committee for the 10th Judicial District (one of three non-attorneys).

His performance has earned him multiple industry awards including LIBN’s prestigious 40 Under 40 designation as well as the CoStar’s Power Broker Award numerous times during his career.

Mr. Fiorini is a lifelong resident of Long Island and resides in Suffolk County with his wife Beth and three children.
