Medicenter, an urgent health care facility, has recently purchased the building at 6175 Sunrise Hwy. in which they will be opening an 8,000 s/f office.
The walk-in medical practice paid $1.6 million for the property that previously was occupied by a staffing agency.
The seller, AJG Capital, was represented by Alberto Fiorini, Frank Posillico and James Bilski of Deer Park-based Alliance Real Estate Corp. (@alliancerecorp) Russ Lico of Garden City-based Breslin Realty represented Medicenter in the deal.
Medicenter has locations in Huntington and Northport and is currently constructing its newest local office.
