Zippy Shell Storage Operations signed a long-term lease for 40,000 square feet at 65 Robinson Ave. in Patchogue. Exper-Tiess Gymnastics then subleased 12,500 square feet from Zippy at the same location. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented the tenant and the landlord, Gershow Recycling, in the lease transaction. Luciano Oliverio of Alliance Real Estate represented Exper-Tiess in the sublease transaction.
