Led by founding partners Fiorini and Posillico, the Alliance team is a force to be reckoned with.
Deer Park, NY Alberto Fiorini and Frank Posillico are the founding partners of Alliance Real Estate Corp., established in 2009. Fiorini and Posillico specialize in tenant as well as owner representation.
Alliance services the commercial, industrial, and office sectors of the Long Island real estate market. Fiorini has participated in sale and lease transactions totaling over 1.5 million s/f since joining the real estate industry 12 years ago.
Posillico has been involved in the industrial commercial real estate arena for over 20 years. Fiorini and Posillico have helped to establish Alliance Real Estate Corp. as one of the top independent brokerage firms on Long Island.
In January of 2009, Fiorini and Posillico started their business out of a small sublet 10 x 10 office. After three years, Alliance Real Estate has become a major player in the commercial real estate industry. They have done this by building relationships and making the needs of their clients a priority.
Their mission statement states, “to bring personal service to their customers and clients and to maintain the quality of service and attention to detail,” and that has without a doubt attributed to their success in today’s struggling real estate market.
In the month of June 2012, Alliance Real Estate closed on four deals totaling over $10 million dollars.
WDP Enterprises sold 1591 Smithtown Ave. in Bohemia to Stellae International, Inc. for $1.85 million, or $101 per s/f. The new 18,382 s/f industrial building was delivered in 2009 in the Ronkonkoma/Bohemia Industrial submarket. Fiorini and Posillico represented the seller, while the buyers were represented by Schacker Real Estate Corp.
Posillico represented Arrow Linen Supply, in the purchase of a 72,000-s/f building located at 615 South St. in Garden City from WAC Lighting. Tom Tsiolis of Colliers International represented WAC Lighting in the $5.225 million sale. Currently located in Brooklyn, with over 150 employees, Arrow Linen’s expansion to Long Island will add over 100 new jobs to the Garden City plant.
Posillico also represented Luther Sales, a furniture, appliances, and electronics provider over the Internet, which will employ over 60 employees by years end. Luther Sales purchased the 20,000 s/f property located at 129 Oser Ave. in Hauppauge from American Chimney Supplies. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented American Chimney in the $1.7 million sale.
On June 20, 2012 Alberto Fiorini represented Pride Equipment Corp. who services the industrial, construction and movie production industries with one of the most complete lines of lift equipment and aerial platforms. They employ over 150 employees and will utilize the new location for an additional shop area and for storage. Pride Equipment purchased the 20,000 s/f property located at 330 Moffett Blvd. in Islip for just under $1.5 million from the 84 Lumber Co., who had in house representation.
As their company name states, Fiorini and Posillico continue to look to form mutually beneficial “alliances” with their clients, customers and competitors. They strive for nothing less than perfection and a job completed to everyone’s satisfaction. Above all, Alliance Real Estate Corp.’s commitment to providing high standards and ethics are unmatched. This is a company that will continue to excel for years to come because of their determination and commitment to their clients.
