On June 20, 2012 Alberto Fiorini represented Pride Equipment Corp who services the industrial, construction and movie production industries with the most complete line of lift equipment and aerial platforms. They employ over 150 employees and will utilize the new location for an additional shop area and for storage. Pride Equipment Corp. purchased the 20,000 square foot property in Islip for just under $1.5 million from the 84 Lumber Company, who had in house representation.
