360 Motor Parkway, Hauppauge
Maxim Networkx, which offers solutions for voice, IP and data industries, signed a 10-year lease for 5,441 square feet at 360 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge. The company is relocating and expanding from space it subleased at 100 Motor Parkway. Alberto Fiorini of Alliance Real Estate represented the tenant, while Ted Trias and Chris Costa served as in-house representatives for landlord Rechler Equity Partners in the lease transaction.
